SHIPPING
Product prices listed on this website are included Swiss taxes but exclusive of Shipment costs. The Shipping costs are dependent on your delivery address. Shipment costs will be calculated in your shopping cart. Taxes for shipments outside of Switzerland will be charged directly to the buyer. Simply select your country in the shopping cart and add your ZIP/Postal Code.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
All orders are shipped by Road and/or Sea freight. Gamux will select the best method of shipment for your items. All mentioned delivery/ship times are approximate only. The Buyer may select alternate shipping method (e.g. air freight), this must be mentioned during the checkout process in the Special Instructions box. Additional charges than those normally incurred by the Gamux method of shipping will be at the Buyer's expense. Gamux will calculate and bill additional charges at the time of shipment. Complete shipping instructions should be given at the time the order is placed. These can filled-in the same Special Instructions box just before checkout.
Gamux will not be liable for delay in shipment, delivery of the order or for the damages claimed to the result from such delay. Buyer bears the risk of loss or damage during shipment.
SHIPPING CATEGORIES
All packages which are sent within Switzerland or Lichtenstein under a maximum weight of 2.00 kg are handled to the displayed shipping costs of the Swiss Post.
Our International shipping solution is built up by package weight, to offer our customers the most valuable delivery costs for their products.
Small package: 1 – 500 g
Medium package: 501 – 1000 g
Large package: 1001 – 2000 g

Tracking is included in all priority shipment methods and you will receive the tracking number by Gamux as soon the package is on the way to you.
The costs for the shipping will be calculated automatically in the backend of the online shop and will be displayed at your Check-Out.
DELIVERY TIMES
From the moment we receive your payment, we will do everything we can to deliver your items in a timely fashion. Items in stock will have a delivery time several working days from handover to the post office.
Switzerland: 1 – 3 working days
Europe: 2 – 10 working days
other countries: 3 – 30 working days
During the order process the availability of all objects is shown. Goods, which are in stock, are generally dispatched with 48 hours of completion of the order and payment process. We may not be able to ship to all countries globally; we can’t solve political problems even though we would like to make everyone happy with our Gamux products. A majority of our products is available in the most popular versions for immediate dispatch, all other items have to be produced to your individual specifications.
ON DEMAND & CUSTOM ITEMS
These items will be made specifically for you and therefore may take longer, 6-8 weeks. For On demand items we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. This includes all on demand items as well as orders that have been placed into production as per the customer's individual specifications: eg. A specific finish or tailored dimension.
